Hanging on to Summer with Pina Coladas

It's November and so yeah...we're meant to start feeling the cooler temperatures. But sometimes you just aren't ready to wave goodbye to warm breezes. Try and hang on to the season by imbibing tropical drinks. Can't hurt!

This pina colada was so thick you could have eaten it with a spoon.

There is, evidently, a big difference between Coco Lopez's Cream of Coconut and Coconut milk. Yes....that's a no-brainer just reading it don't realize just how big a difference until you prepare a pina colada with the cream. Wow.

2 ounces Coco Lopez ® Cream of Coconut
2 Ounces pineapple juice
1½ ounces Myers Platinum white
1 cup of ice

Instructions anyone can follow. Mix in blender until smooth.

Frozen goodness.
